A tentative schedule for the day is given below. You should plan to arrive by 8:45 am and we should wrap up the day by about 4pm. You will receive a final copy of the schedule (including final room assignments) when you check in. You will also receive a campus map, though a map can also be found here. Look for this and other material to arrive by email the week prior to the event.
Family, friends, teachers, and other guests of participants are welcome to join us at some points during the day as indicated on the schedule. Once participants are in exams for the morning we can offer suggestions for activities on or around campus to enjoy while your student is at the tournament.

Replying to the comment regarding calculators: I am just checking for understanding. Am I reading this correctly with the understanding that calculators will NOT be allowed for this event, for all areas? This seems surprising to me, so I am asking for clarification. Thank you.
That is correct. It is difficult to make sure that some participants don’t have an unfair advantage because of the type of calculator or things programmed into the calculator. Our faculty writing the exams are creating questions with that assumption so there shouldn’t be questions that rely heavily on difficult calculations.
I see the schedule has 2.5 hours allotted for the test. Can you tell me the number of questions and the time allowed for the test? Thank you!
Exams this year will be just 2 hours long. The number of questions is yet to be determined but they will be all multiple choice with one or two free response tie-breaker questions at the end. Calculators will not be allowed.
